During onboarding, we confirm access permissions, document collection and any authority required for lodgements. You keep control of approvals and receive questions where a transaction or decision needs your input.

Do you pay ASIC fees for me?
Payment arrangements and authority must be agreed. Government fees are separate from our professional service fee unless the quote says otherwise.
Can you update directors or company addresses?

Can you draft a shareholder agreement?
