A process that fits your business
If you are moving from another system, we agree a conversion date and review opening balances before the new file is used for reporting. Historical receivables, payables and payroll balances need careful treatment. We also check who has access and how approvals will work, so everyone understands their role.

Getting started
Tell us about your business structure, accounting software and the work you want help with. We review the information and agree the scope, responsibilities and fee before beginning. Existing accountant relationships can be retained, with a clear handover of the records needed.
During onboarding, we confirm access permissions, document collection and any authority required for lodgements. You keep control of approvals and receive questions where a transaction or decision needs your input.

Can you tidy up an existing Xero file?
Yes. We can review unreconciled transactions, opening balances and reporting issues, then agree a catch-up or cleanup scope.
Do I need to change software?
Not necessarily. We work with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. We first consider whether your existing setup can meet your needs.
Is my Xero subscription included?
Only if it is expressly included in your quote. Subscription costs and professional service fees are confirmed separately.
